Here is the information we collect:
Setup. We collect, and link your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment account information, and address. Depending on the selections you make, you may allow third parties to access your setup and account information.
Services. When you use our Services, we collect, store, use, process and disclose your files and information related to them (such as document properties). With your permission, we will also collect and store your contacts that will facilitate in you using our Services by having ready access to them from within the Services.

We keep your information as long as you continue to use the Services. You should backup your data outside of the Services. If you terminate your use of the Services or delete your account we will delete your information, provided that we may retain some or all of it for a limited period of time afterwards but in no event more than 5 years.
If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
